1. What can be reported
You may report content or activity that you believe involves copyright infringement, trademark misuse, privacy violations, unlawful content, fake endorsements, deceptive claims, abusive automation, policy evasion, or other misuse of Bloguno.
2. How to submit a report
Please email hello@bloguno.com with the subject line Abuse Report or Takedown Request. To help us review the issue efficiently, include where possible:
- Your name and contact details.
- A clear description of the issue.
- Relevant URLs, screenshots, copied text, or request IDs.
- The legal or policy basis for the complaint, if known.
- If you are reporting on behalf of another person or organization, the basis on which you are authorized to do so.
3. Review process
We review reports in good faith and may request additional information where necessary. Depending on the circumstances, we may restrict content, suspend workflows, limit access, preserve records, or decline a request where the report is incomplete, unsupported, abusive, or inconsistent with applicable law.
4. Repeat abuse and urgent action
We may take stronger action against repeated or serious violations, including account restriction, termination, disabling workflow access, or additional verification requirements. We may prioritize urgent reports involving security, fraud, impersonation, or immediate harm.
5. Intellectual property and rights complaints
If you believe your copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights have been violated through use of Bloguno, include enough detail for us to identify the material and understand your claim. If you knowingly submit false or abusive reports, we may decline to process them or restrict future submissions.
6. Limitations
Bloguno is not a general-purpose publisher of all content on the internet and may not control third-party sites where users ultimately publish material. Where appropriate, complainants may also need to contact the site owner, hosting provider, search platform, or other responsible publisher directly.
