1. Purpose
Bloguno is designed to help users analyze websites, generate drafts, organize editorial workflows, and support publication operations. It may not be used to create, distribute, automate, or support unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or rights-infringing content or behavior.
2. Prohibited content and activities
You may not use Bloguno to create, transform, optimize, schedule, or publish content that includes or supports:
- Spam, malware, phishing, impersonation, credential theft, scams, or unlawful surveillance.
- Defamatory, harassing, hateful, violent, or abusive content.
- Copyright infringement, trademark misuse, privacy violations, misuse of confidential information, or unauthorized republication of third-party materials.
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, undisclosed endorsements, fabricated case studies, or deceptive affiliate content.
- Unsubstantiated health, legal, financial, or regulated claims presented as trustworthy advice or factual guarantees.
- Misleading political, civic, or public-interest disinformation intended to deceive users or manipulate public discourse.
- Search manipulation, doorway pages, mass low-value content, or other tactics that violate platform or search engine rules.
- Illegal products, services, instructions, or conduct that you are not allowed to promote or facilitate.
3. High-risk topics
If you use Bloguno in sensitive areas such as healthcare, finance, law, employment, children, regulated advertising, or public policy, you must apply additional human review and subject-matter review before publication. Bloguno does not approve or certify content for these uses.
4. Third-party rights and permissions
You must have the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authority to submit source material, connect websites or CMS platforms, use prompts and media, and publish resulting outputs. You are responsible for clearing intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, contractual restrictions, and required disclosures.
5. Automation and publishing
Auto Pilot, scheduling, and workflow automation features do not reduce your review responsibilities. You may not use Bloguno to automate publication of content that you have not meaningfully reviewed where review is reasonably necessary for compliance, quality, or safety.
6. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate access where we reasonably believe this policy, our Terms, or applicable law has been violated. We may also preserve records and cooperate with lawful requests where required.
7. Reporting concerns
If you believe Bloguno is being used in a way that violates this policy, please send details to hello@bloguno.com. Include any relevant URLs, screenshots, request IDs, or supporting context if available.
