2. Review is always required
You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication or reliance. That includes fact checking, source review, originality review, brand review, compliance review, audience suitability review, and any legally required disclosures or permissions. Auto Pilot and scheduled workflows do not remove your responsibility for oversight.
3. No guarantee of accuracy or originality
AI systems can produce inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, biased, misleading, or non-compliant material. Bloguno does not guarantee that outputs will be unique, non-infringing, suitable for a specific market, or compliant with every platform, industry, or jurisdictional requirement.
4. SEO and publishing outcomes vary
Content performance depends on many factors outside Bloguno’s control, including site authority, competition, search engine behavior, editorial quality, product positioning, distribution, technical SEO, and user intent. Bloguno does not guarantee rankings, indexing, traffic, conversions, or revenue outcomes.
5. Sensitive and regulated content
You should use heightened caution before using AI-assisted content in regulated or high-risk contexts. If your content touches healthcare, law, finance, regulated claims, children, employment, public policy, or other sensitive topics, you should perform additional expert review before publishing.
6. Third-party rights and disclosures
You are responsible for ensuring that final published content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, publicity, contractual, or other rights. You are also responsible for deciding whether AI-assisted content should be disclosed under applicable law, platform rules, client instructions, or editorial policy.

Bloguno provides AI-assisted workflow support, not legal approval or publication approval. If you publish, schedule, approve, or distribute content created with Bloguno, you accept sole responsibility for that final use and for any claims, omissions, or compliance failures in the published material.
